10 Year Warranty

FOR A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR

From the “Effective Date,” should any condition in the home materially vary from the Performance Guidelines in effect at the time your agreement is signed, solely as a result of defects in construction, our Contractors shall repair that condition. Purchaser acknowledges that copies of Performance Guidelines have been made available for Purchaser's review.

FOR A PERIOD OF TWO YEARS

From the date of “Effective Date,” should any condition in the plumbing, electrical, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning delivery systems of the home materially vary from the Performance Guidelines, solely as a result of defects in construction, our Contractors shall repair that condition.

 

FOR A PERIOD OF TEN YEARS

From the “Effective Date,” should a “load bearing element” of the home (as defined in the STRUCSURE 10-year Limited Warranty) experience a “Major Structural Defect,” the “Insurer” (as defined in the STRUCSURE 10-year Limited Warranty) shall repair that condition or pay the reasonable cost to repair that condition.
