Our first new home for 2018 will be in The Legends at Rancho Del Lago on a gorgeous 1.1 acre premium wooded lot at 146 Flanders. The Legends at Rancho Del Lago is a very secluded, gated community of upscale homes on the north side of Canyon Lake.

Construction starts with putting in the culvert and road base that will form the foundation for the driveway. After normal driving and parking on the driveway base with all sorts of work and delivery trucks for the next few months, the driveway will be packed down and provide a solid foundation for future finish out.

The building site is flagged and cleared based on the house dimensions, and nothing more. Great care is taken when removing trees, since once they’re gone, it’s impossible to put them back. We try to leave everything on the lot in its natural rustic state, so the buyer can make all of the future landscaping decisions.

We hope to start the slab next week if weather permits and we will keep you informed as we go along.
